New eApps Home on the Web!
A new, fresh eApps.com has been launched to make it easier for you to find information and communicate with us. A powerful new feature is the ability to search for applications available in the ISPmanager Control Panel. The search results set shows the version number of the application, a description, and source library. The new site also provides a strong foundation for additional features and integration with the customer portal, support, social media, blog and billing systems. For example, one of the improvements coming soon will be improved support for our affiliates.

Meet eApps – Carlos Lopez
Carlos is a member of our Customer Service and Billing department. He was born in Guatemala and raised in San Jose, California where his family moved when he was very young. He graduated from Santa Teresa HS and attended the University of San Jose. Carlos has a BS in Industrial Psychology. He is also a US Army veteran and was deployed as a medic in Iraq with the 101st Airborne Division.
Carlos has a varied work experience. He has served as a sales process instructor, billing and collections team leader, air cargo operations supervisor, textiles merchandiser, and textiles production operator and trainer. One theme that shines through in his career is outstanding customer service. He is also Six Sigma Yellow Belt certified and brings his experience to eApps in our efforts to continuosly improve our business processes for the benefit of our customers.
Having grown up in a traditional Latin environment, Carlos values the role models provided by his family. Both of his parents are hard working professionals that gave him the guidance and knowledge to succeed in life. He has never forgotten his Grandmother’s quote that “knowledge is something that can never be taken away from you.” He carries this everywhere he goes, always striving to learn everything he can.
When Carlos is not working, he spends time with his family and friends. He enjoys cooking and makes an outstanding lasagne! He is a pilot, and a special treat is to take a Cessna up just to fly over the city.
Carlos says that he has great pride to be part of the eApps family. He enjoys the energy, knowledge, skills, leadership and love of his co-workers. He is commited to making sure that our customers are #1 and likes the way the eApps team works together to make sure all of the pieces of the puzzle fit together.

Coming Soon – New Data Center in Richmond, Virginia!
Our Network Operations department is pleased to report that we are almost finished with the final testing of our new data center in Richmond, Virginia. We will soon be offering this data center as a choice for your Virtual Machine in the Cloud service. This state of the art 1.3 milliion square foot facility, by our long time provider Quality Technology Services, is located near Washington, DC.
Be on the lookout for news about the upcoming launch of this new data center, followed by announcements of new services to leverage the advantages of our second geographic location.
